The second eldest of The Four Brothers of Hokuto. Once considered the rightful successor of Hokuto Shinken, he was exposed to nuclear fallout during the war and had to abandon that path. Despite being ravaged by illness, he applies Hokuto Shinken as a form of medicine, extending a healing hand to many suffering people.
