あらゆる生命が絶滅したかにみえた……。
だが…人類は死滅していなかった……!!
荒廃した世界の大地の上で、人々は希望を繋ぎ、
水や食料を求め必死に生きようとしていた。
しかしその願いは、
暴力によって踏みにじられる。
この世界は、力だけがすべてを支配し、
弱き者は蹂躙されるのみ。
そんな絶望の淵に、一人の男が現れる。
彼は胸に7つの傷を持つ、伝説の暗殺拳
“北斗神拳”の伝承者・ケンシロウ。
婚約者のユリアを奪った宿敵・シンを追い、
荒野をさすらう彼は、
虐げられし者たちの叫びに応え、
希望の光をともしてゆく。
彼の前に立ちはだかるのは、
世紀末の乱世を生き延び、
野心と欲望を剥き出しにした強者たち。
略奪と殺戮が渦巻く世紀末、

The 64th successor of the ultimate assassination art, Hokuto Shinken. Marked by seven scars on his chest, he roams the wasteland in search of his missing fiancée, Yuria. Though gentle toward the weak, he shows no mercy to those who prey on them.

世紀末世界で生き残るべく泥棒（コソ泥）をしながら生き抜いてきた少年。盗みに入った村で捕らえられた牢屋でケンシロウと出会う。お調子者な性格で、ケンシロウと共に旅をすれば食いっぱぐれないと考え、彼に付いて旅をするようになる。
A young boy who’s survived the post-apocalyptic world by stealing whatever he can to stay alive. He first meets Kenshiro in a village jail after being caught during a theft. A bit of a troublemaker, he figures tagging along with Kenshiro means he won’t go hungry and decides to join him on his journey.

目の前で両親を殺されたショックのあまり心を閉ざし言葉を失った少女。牢番をしていた時にケンシロウに出会い、その優しさに触れたことで声を取り戻す。バットと共にケンシロウの旅に付いて行くことになる。
A young girl left mute and emotionally closed off after witnessing her parents murdered before her eyes. While serving as a prison guard, she meets Kenshiro, and through his kindness, slowly regains her voice. She joins Kenshiro on his journey alongside Bat.
